Contract Administrator

The preparation of tender documentation for the works described, including all necessary specifications and schedules of work etc. Co-ordinating and arranging for obtaining and the evaluating of received tenders. The supervision of works on site, monitoring of design issues through the construction period to ensure the client’s requirements are being maintained to the highest standards. The project cost control, including valuation of works, issue of payment certificates and agreement of the final account.

Project Management

Advising on and arranging for the appointment of the project team. Monitoring and overseeing the project team's performance, cost planning and programming.

Condition Surveys

Advising a client on the present condition of a building. This may include the internal building engineering services, prior to feasibility or design studies, and dilapidation surveys prior to the commencement of work and including producing an agreed schedule of dilapidations.

Design Management for new build construction and refurbishment works

To co-ordinate the specialist designers in the preparation of initial design studies, final detailed designs, design drawings, specifications, schedules of works and bill of quantities for traditional forms of construction for simple new build and refurbishment projects.
